Overview As a RN in LTC / SNF, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. You'll be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices to promote optimal health outcomes.
