Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality will be key to your success in this role.

• Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments and keeping track of tabs.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods such as banquets or catering events.
• Utilize Union POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively.
• Experience
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining establishment is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems, particularly Union POS.
• Background in the food industry or food service is advantageous, especially in catering or banquet settings.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
