Accounting Manager

Position Summary :

TCG Labs-Soleil is seeking an Accounting Manager to contribute their expertise to our general ledger accounting functions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and assisting with the general ledger, month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong accounting expertise & knowledge of GAAP and experience with biotech / pharmaceutical financial operations.

Responsibilities :

• Position will report to our Director of Accounting.
• Participate in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close process, preparing journal entries, balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations.
• Work on cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, expense allocations and consolidation processes.
• Analyze and explain fluctuations in account balances as needed
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statements.
• Oversee accounts payable, including managing one AP contractor.
• Review and approve invoices entered by AP contractor & correct GL / Dept / Class coding as appropriate.
• Manage AP contractor in troubleshooting AP invoice issues, responding to vendor inquiries, obtaining invoice approvals.
• Review Netsuite purchase orders & Ramp credit card transactions & correct GL / Dept / Class coding as appropriate.
• Perform contract / PO completeness reviews.
• Assist with various tax and regulatory reporting and filings.
• Assist with ad hoc / special projects, as needed.

The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $94,500 - $168,750 annually (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
