Job descriptionFocus on general / medical dermatology (not cosmetic-only) Highly PA-friendly environment with 14 current PAs Strong support system : Physicians - 3 support staff each PAs - 1 dedicated MA each Schedule : 4 days per week, 8-hour days 15-minute appointments No weekends or on-call duties for providers Compensation : Year 1 : $20K-$30K / month guaranteed base After Year 1 : 40% of collections CME Allowance : $4,500 annually 401(k) : 5% employer match Additional Info : Open to dermatologists entering residency or recently completed Primarily general dermatology, minimal to no cosmetic focus Experience : 2-3 years of general dermatology required Compensation : Competitive base salary (DOE) 5% monthly performance bonus CME Allowance : $2,500 annually 401(k) : 5% employer match Additional Info : Supportive physician-led practice Opportunity to work independently within a collaborative team Phone Interview In-Person Interview Offer Schertz, TX Clinic Opening January 2025 - hiring now for both physicians and PAs.
