Key Responsibilities – Dispatch/Service Department Specialist

• Dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls and maintenance visits
• Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and billing documentation
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to improve scheduling efficiency
• Support daily operations and ensure timely task completion

Qualifications – Dispatch/Service Department Specialist

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service or inbound call handling experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications – Dispatch/Service Department Specialist

• 1+ year of dispatching experience in HVAC or related industry
• Experience navigating service logistics and support software
• Detail-oriented with high stress tolerance and adaptability

Physical Requirements – Dispatch/Service Department Specialist

• On-site role in office environment
• Standard 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Minimal physical labor; primarily desk-based
• No travel required
