Key Responsibilities – Dispatch/Service Department Specialist
- Dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls and maintenance visits
- Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and billing documentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to improve scheduling efficiency
- Support daily operations and ensure timely task completion
Qualifications – Dispatch/Service Department Specialist
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service or inbound call handling experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications – Dispatch/Service Department Specialist
- 1+ year of dispatching experience in HVAC or related industry
- Experience navigating service logistics and support software
- Detail-oriented with high stress tolerance and adaptability
Physical Requirements – Dispatch/Service Department Specialist
- On-site role in office environment
- Standard 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- Minimal physical labor; primarily desk-based
