Overview
The BIM Design Modeler will collaborate closely with clients, internal engineering, design, and manufacturing team members and partners in the built community to create high-quality, sustainable, and scalable products that meet client needs and market demands. The ideal candidate would bring a blend of architectural design skills, product development experience, and knowledge of a variety of construction techniques.
Salary range $100,000 plus a year. Based on experience.

Essential functions and responsibilities
Education, skills, and abilities required
Associate or bachelor\'s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, computer aided drafting, or a related field or a relevant combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience working in a BIM / VDC project environment.
Proficiency in BIM software, architectural design and 3D modeling software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino.
