Construction Integration Manager 4

Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager 4, you will be part of the production management team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Construction Integration Manager 4 Location : 100% Onsite - Manassas, VA Duration : 18 Months on W2 Pay Range : $70 - $75 / hour Benefits PTO What's the Job? Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. 8 - 10 years of experience in a related field. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. What's in it for me?
