Clinical Social Worker, PACU, Needham

Position Summary / Department Summary :

We are seeking a 40- hour social worker that will provide a range of clinical social work services and case management to our patients and their families in the PACU of the soon to open Needham satellite of Boston Childrens Hospital (free parking!)

Key Responsibilities :

• Psychosocial screening and assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitation of use of hospital and community services
• Acting as a resource information and referral program development
• Psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary teams

This position is 100% onsite

The posted pay range is Boston Childrens reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
