Key Responsibilities
Capture and process orders, ensuring setup and approval for fulfillment
Coordinate inventory tracking and shipping logistics, providing reports to stakeholders
Resolve customer issues and implement specific customer requirements for order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Customer Service
3+ years of experience in Analytics with strong proficiency in Excel
Experience with Order Fulfillment processes and Warehousing / Transportation
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI preferred
Ability to adapt work hours based on business needs
