Senior HR Generalist

BOOST LLC is assisting Sedna, a growing small business providing innovative solutions to the national security community, in recruiting a Senior HR Generalist to join their team and provide strategic hands-on HR support within a growing government contracting environment. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys partnering with leadership, and is ready to take on a broader strategic role. This opportunity is 100% onsite located in Manassas, VA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations, including OFCCP and EEO requirements.
• Support and guide managers through employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Partner with leadership in workforce planning, compensation, and retention strategies.
• Mentor and develop junior HR staff to strengthen team capability and service delivery.
• Lead or participate in HR projects that enhance organizational culture, efficiency, and employee engagement.
• Coordinate Safety and Health programs, partnering with the integrated team to review workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies, company policies, benefits and payroll processes, performance management programs, and employee recordkeeping.
