Experience in a non-profit or ministry environment. Ministry training or education. Work schedule is Sunday-Thursday, with in-office hours Monday-Thursday (8 : 30AM - 5PM). Sundays are dedicated to supporting the weekend worship experience or serving at one of our campuses. The pace is fast, with flexibility to pivot strategies or projects quickly to meet weekend needs—adaptability is essential. We work hard but also prioritize fun and creativity in our staff activities. Professional growth is encouraged through various development opportunities. Responsibilities
- Support and oversee the technical execution of all broadcast location production events.
- Train production staff to effectively operate live production technologies during worship experiences.
- Lead the broadcast tech team in managing and maintaining all equipment for local and remote broadcasts.
- Facilitate service, maintenance, and upgrades of live production gear.
- Collaborate with the Live Production Department to identify opportunities for greater impact.
- Assist with non-broadcast church and departmental events as needed.
