Registered Nurse - Cardiology Catheterization

Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Cardiology Catheterization!

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our Cardiology Catheterization department. In this role, you will work independently, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of clinical scenarios while delivering both routine and complex care. You will be instrumental in developing long-term care plans and managing patient needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead by example in line with OneCHRISTUS Competencies, including self-leadership and team leadership.
• Execute the nursing process – encompassing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments following approved protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Assess educational needs and provide comprehensive guidance to patients, families, and caregivers.

As a newly hired experienced RN, you will attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire, and your onboarding will be guided by a precepted staff member. Compliance with all annual competency verification requirements is mandatory.
