About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key leader in the executive team, responsible for driving the company's financial strategy and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in leading comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support the company's aggressive growth targets. The successful candidate will also be involved in scenario and sensitivity modeling, managing capital strategy, and overseeing investor relations with PE sponsors and potential investors. Additionally, the CFO will play a lead role in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration strategy. The ideal CFO for this role will have a proven track record in a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS company, with deep expertise in SaaS financial modeling, unit economics, and subscription revenue recognition. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While not required, experience with financial planning and analysis software platforms, a background in fintech or financial consulting, and familiarity with international finance operations are all desirable. The role offers a significant opportunity to impact the company's growth, financial strategy, and future exit plans, and the successful candidate will be expected to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
