Job descriptionExperience with OT endpoints support like Gentacs, thin clients, and client devices Background in working with SCADA applications and ICS environments Knowledge of security patch management and software updates Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on OT endpoints Deploy and manage endpoint security tools and apply security patches Act as a first responder for security incidents and conduct malware analysis Diagnose and resolve issues related to OT endpoints and their connections Track vulnerabilities and perform risk assessments Collaborate with OT operators, control systems engineers, and IT security teams Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain detailed documentation Maintain an accurate inventory of all OT endpoints and related software

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Strong understanding of system maintenance, installation, and configuration of hardware and software on OT endpoints
- Working Experience with Desktop Management
- Experience with security administration, including deploying and managing endpoint security tools
- Proficiency in incident response, malware analysis, and digital forensics
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network communication issues
- Experience in vulnerability and risk management, including performing risk assessments
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards, such as IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82
- Strong asset management skills
