Job Overview :

TheAssistant Director of Patient Care rolewill be to oversee and delegate the daily operations of an Oncology unit, while fostering a positive work environment. They will be responsible for anticipating and addressing the complex, individual needs of patients and will work to create an efficient workflow within the unit.

Required :

• Experienced RN with Charge Nurse experience or Nurse Manager experience
• Chemotherapy / Biotherapy / Immunotherapy Provider cardor willing to complete within 6 months of hire
• Oncology experience
• Active RN New Jersey License
• BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
• BSN
