Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects across the eastern United States. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in heavy highway, bridges, asphalt paving, concrete, and horizontal construction, particularly in intermodal and rail-related infrastructure. This position will ideally start February 1st, 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee work related to asphalt paving, drainage structures, track work, and other civil scopes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Travel to project sites across the eastern U.S. (100% travel required).

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
