RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity : RN - ICU

Job Details :

• 48-hour weekly contract preferred with guaranteed 48 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts available : 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
• Float pool position requiring comfort in various adult ICU settings (SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, CICU)
• When not needed in ICU, will work in IMC level of care
• 75% weekend requirement (but not every weekend)
• No call requirements
• Patient ratios : 1 : 2 in ICU, 1 : 3 in IMC
• 3 years of ICU experience required
• Required certifications : ACLS, NIHSS
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Care for basic ICU patients including sedated, intubated patients on pressors
• Will not care for high complexity patients such as CRRT
• Must be flexible with assignments and potentially take multiple different assignments in same shift
• Dress code : Non-specific scrub color, no open-toed shoes, no jeans or clothing with large logos / profanity
• Start dates available : 10 / 6, 10 / 13, or 10 / 20
