Construction Project Manager
The primary role of a Construction Project Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product roll-out, or any other non-IT based projects. The focus of this position is on large-scale datacenter construction projects. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing the implementation of detailed project plans, managing cross-functional teams, monitoring project risks, working with clients to understand their needs, and continuously improving project management processes. Essential skills include proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and Bluebeam, strong communication skills, and knowledge of business and management principles. Additional skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and 8-10 years of experience in project management, construction, or construction management.
The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional groups, ensuring each project is delivered on time and meets the objectives. The role involves both office-based work and site visits, with a focus on data center construction programs. Dress code is business casual.
This is a contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $83.00 / hr.
