10+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Care Delivery in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading multi-functional customer-facing teams through growth or integration
Strong operational and systems thinking capabilities
Deep empathy for families and children with experience in service experience design
Familiarity with customer engagement platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk
