GENERAL SUMMARY :
The Team Member has the primary responsibility for engaging in PRIMO SHIFTS; displaying the Dillas culture to his / her fellow Team Members and Customers. You power our Purpose : To Build Community through Quesadillas!
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Good Food - Primo Quesadilla Meals Every Time :
○ Accuracy - Food prepared and delivered to our Customers just how they ordered it
○ Consistency - Food prepared and delivered fresh, flavorful, and fast...in that order every time!
○ Passionate - Displays a desire to be of service and have a great attitude
2. Good People - Team, Customer, and Community Support :
○ Be Real - have a positive attitude and make eye contact with Team and Customers
○ Care - Dillas as a whole cares about the communities we serve
