The Parking Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to parking customers.

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications :
One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferredResponsibilities :
Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving parking customersGreet and engage with customers in and around the Parking area to offer informational assistanceCommunicate effectively with passengers regarding parking services availableAssist with baggage as requiredCoordinate parking lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of customers during peak timesProvide assistance to customers using kiosks to check-inTransfer and distribute wheelchairs as neededAlert maintenance employees about malfunctioning equipment.Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operationFollow safety precautions at all timesA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
