Job Title : Project Professional

Location : Wooddale, IL

Reports to : GM of Chicago Branch Ocean Service Division

Salary Range : $70K- $80K / year

Purpose :

Equipment Project Professional

Essential Duties :

• Manage full-cycle projects transport, installation, leveling, piping., etc.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Review equipment layout drawings and issue instructions
• Main responsibilities include arranging local rigging crews, labor resources, and scheduling site work in coordination with subcontractors and internal teams
• Cover projects across the Midwest region (primarily Columbus, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, etc.) as needed.
• ※ It depends on the needs of the project. On average, we will be on-site for about one week per month.
• Prepare reports, lead progress meetings, and track issues
