Position Overview

A dynamic and growth-oriented organization is seeking a Financial Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting to join its finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who combines analytical acumen with a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, while also ensuring alignment with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
• Collaborates with accounting to ensure accurate financial data and reconciliations.
• Assists in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into trends and performance drivers.
• Supports month-end and year-end close processes with accounting teams.
• Conducts ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and investment decisions.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial reporting.
