About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst who will transform complex customer, product, and revenue data into actionable insights that shape our product roadmap and business strategy. You'll partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Revenue teams to ensure data accuracy, build analytic models, and uncover opportunities that accelerate product adoption and success.
This role is perfect for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to help modernize how regulated industries connect with their customers.
What You'll Do
Own data analysis across core product initiatives and customer experience metrics
Build dashboards, reporting models, and KPIs that influence product decisions
Conduct deep-dive analyses into product usage trends, feature performance, churn, and customer behavior
Develop and maintain data pipelines needed for reporting and analytics
Partner with Product to evaluate experiments and validate success criteria
Clean, transform, and QA data to ensure high integrity and accessibility
Collaborate with teams to translate insights into clear business recommendations
Support leadership with forecasting and strategic data needs
Help drive the maturity of Alpine IQ's analytics function over time
What You Bring
2–5 years experience in data analytics (preferably SaaS / product-focused)
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Proven ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams
A love of problem-solving and turning data into compelling stories
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions with data
Bonus : Knowledge of Python or R for statistical work
Bonus : Familiarity with SaaS metrics (LTV, churn, activation analysis, etc.)
Bonus : Exposure to compliance-heavy or retail data environments
