Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility.

• Monitor and promptly report any changes in client health, mood, or behavior.

• Follow individualized care plans to ensure each client’s needs are met.

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have Home Health Aide (HHA) training or experience — formal certification preferred but not required.

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and professionalism.

• Prior home care or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

• Must consent to and pass a background check.

• Competitive Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Flexible shifts — full-time, part-time, and weekend options available

• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly direct deposit
