Primary Responsibilities

• Job File Coordination - monitoring job file status, maintain job file work in progress, and ensure client requirements are followed
• Job File Documentation - review and validate initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination and perform job file backup
• Job File Communication and Reporting - complete and review job file documentation for upload and audit process, and perform job close-out
• Invoice / Payments - bill customers in timely manner, process payments, ensure work in progress and accounts receivables spreadsheets are kept accurate, and maintain filing system for all jobs
• Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
• Assist other departments, as needed
