Job description

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Lancesoft Inc. to find a qualified Dental Hygienist in Detroit, Michigan, 48201!

About The Position

  • Position : Dental Hygienist (Clinical)
  • Department :  DCA
  • Location : Detroit, MI
  • Shift : Full-Time | 40 hrs / week | 5 days per week

Job Requirements

Job Duties :

  • Perform oral hygiene treatment and patient care in line with state regulations.
  • Operate GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment (where required).
  • Apply fluoride and protective sealants.
  • Remove calculus, plaque, and stains above and below the gum line.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, self-care, and nutritional counseling.
  • Record and review patient medical histories.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Support dental office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Contribute to team goals and assist in related duties as assigned.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dental Hygienist.
  • Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
  • Current State-issued Dental Hygiene license .
  • Current BLS certification .
  • X-ray training or Certification
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.

    • Preferred :

  • Experience operating GBT Guided Biofilm Therapy equipment.
