Job descriptionMD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) and at least three years of hospital experience. Minimum Compact / IMLCC qualification with 4 or more active state medical licenses, preferably in CA, NY, FL, MA, CT, MD, VA, NJ, PA, NC, and SC. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Prior telemedicine experience is a plus. Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility (SNF) care is welcomed. Preference for candidates with a California medical license and multiple state licenses. This fully remote position allows you to work in a virtual environment. Full-time opportunity requiring a minimum of 120 hours monthly. Schedules are released in advance to help you balance other commitments, with team members covering for each other during absences. Manage the complexities of caring for patients in post-acute environments. Engage in cross-coverage cases via telemedicine to ensure continuity of care. Be available for after-hours shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss practice changes or updates. Receive comprehensive training on technology protocols, workflows, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Our providers work from home while serving a vital population in post-acute facilities, helping to prevent unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations. Compensation : Salary range of $136K - $165K annually, based on experience and interview process. Benefits : 401k with matching contributions.
