Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards to the appropriate personnel or authorities as required. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other assigned duties as required by site-specific policies. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Alarm panel experience is preferred. Must be at least 21+ years of age for this post. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
