Sr. Corp Operations Consultant

Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the installation and maintenance of efficient and effective processing activities, evaluate current workflow, and identify opportunities for improvement. They will establish standard workflows based on best practices, coordinate and validate documentation, standardize roles and responsibilities, and lead analysis, resolution, and communication of workflow modifications.

Key responsibilities include :

• Supporting field office operations by providing proactive analysis and problem resolution to support the business plan.
• Coordinating workload support for Branch / Rating units, monitoring monthly booking, processing timeliness, quality, and training plans of field units, and monitoring staffing adequacy.
• Leading representation of Underwriting / Underwriting Support interests and issues, establishing presence as a "go-to" resource, and providing timely response to project requirements.
• Confering with Subject Matter Experts at all levels to obtain a complete understanding of business practices and procedures, and quickly learning and translating business products and procedures into clear, concise training modules in a timely manner.
• Organizing and implementing a structured approach to the delivery of training materials, conducting and coordinating delivery of training, and using presentation skills to create excitement and motivate the audience.
• Demonstrating commitment to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
