Qualifications :

• Experience in powder coating or painting is a plus but NOT required
• General manufacturing experience is preferred

Skills :

The essential functions of the job include preparing parts and materials for finishing; able to properly plug, mask and unmask parts that are painted; setting up and performing finishing operations on components and products; loading and unloading parts and materials on conveyors and racks before and after processing / hanging and taking down assemblies on the paint line that go through the paint process; inspecting finished coatings to ensure conformance to quality standards; able to properly package parts to prevent damage during movement.
