A company is looking for an Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
Collaborate with representatives on claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes
Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and customer service skills to meet customer needs effectively
Required Qualifications
Experience in auto claims adjusting
Understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
Ability to handle investigations independently with discretion
Familiarity with identifying vehicle damage and potential fraud
Commitment to customer service and support
