A company is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Agent (Temp to Perm).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with empathy and professionalism
Handle questions about orders, subscriptions, returns, and products while ensuring consistent communication
Log all interactions accurately and follow standard operating procedures for refunds and escalations
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce or subscription-based DTC brands
Comfortable using tools such as Gorgias and Shopify
Strong written and spoken English skills
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work night shifts on a fixed schedule
Ability to meet KPIs for quality, customer satisfaction, and responsiveness
