Lets chat about a career in the Insurance industry! Harpole Farmers Agency in McKinney, Texas, is looking for a confident and highly motivated person who is interested in beginning their insurance career as a Full Time Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for making 300-400 outbound calls per day to prospective customers to promote our products and services Monday through Friday 8 : 30am to 5pm.
Entry-level applicants will begin with an hourly base pay and the opportunity to earn additional commissions. I

Responsibilities
- Make 300+ calls a day
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone and potential client lists.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, marketing, and lead databases.
