Sign Installer

Responsibilities :

Safely and efficiently install a wide range of signage types, including ADA-compliant interior signs, vinyl graphics, wall murals, dimensional letters, logos, wayfinding signage, and monument and post / panel signs.

Read and interpret installation drawings, plans, and shop tickets.

Measure, mark, and align signage accurately according to layout and specifications.

Install signage on various surfaces such as drywall, glass, brick, concrete, and metal.

Operate power tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment safely.

Troubleshoot and adjust on-site as needed to ensure proper installation.

Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.

Drive a company vehicle for installations and assist with loading and unloading signs and materials for transport.

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, tools, and job site.

Assist with warehouse work on "blackout days."

Requirements :

Valid driver's license and clean driving record .

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders and swing stages on buildings for installations.

Ability to pass a drug test (as a new employee and as required by project contractors).

Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, levels, measuring tape, etc.).

One or more years of experience in sign installation, construction, or a related field (training is provided for the right candidate).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to read basic plans, shop drawings, and measurements.

Preferred Skills (Not Required) :

CDL to operate a crane truck.

Masonry experience.

OSHA 30 certification .

Details :

Hours : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM.

Pay : $20 - $22 per hour.

Benefits : Health, Dental, and Vision insurance; 401k.

Overtime : Mandatory.

Travel : Occasional out-of-town work is required.
