Collection Specialist

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve accounts receivable balances and correspondence in a timely manner

Make routine collection calls and identify billing errors or unpaid claims for resolution

Document actions and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

Previous home infusion and specialty pharmacy experience required

1-3 years of strong collections experience

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or accounting preferred

Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology

Experience with CPR+ systems preferred
