Come join our team of 6 fulltime physicians and 4 fulltime nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 25,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Compensation and Benefits :

Very competitive salary with opportunities up to $305k

RVU bonus based on annual threshold

Quality incentives up to $50,000

Signing bonus of $40,000

$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Paid malpractice Professional Details :

Four 10-hour days per week

Average 14-16 patients per day

Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day

1 : 16 call; phone call only
