RCS is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to support Federal IT infrastructure operations to drive service management, acquisition documentation, and business operations support for Treasury's enterprise network programs. This role ensures deliverables, financials, and reporting stay on track across multiple TENS workstreams.

This position requires the candidate to meet specific Security Clearance obligations to work onsite in Washington, DC with the potential for remote and / or hybrid. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do :

• Submit, track, and report on IT service requests, change tickets, and incidents in ServiceNow.
• Generate weekly liaison service reports, executive dashboards, and KPI scorecards for Treasury OCIO leadership.
• Maintain project documentation, policies, and procedures in SharePoint; ensure version control and quality.
• Assist with acquisition package development, risk logs, and proposal evaluation artifacts.
• Coordinate cross workstream meetings, logistics, and communications to keep stakeholders aligned.
