What You'll Do

As a Senior Tax Consultant , you will engage with clients to address their diverse tax needs, supported by a dedicated team. You will receive advanced training to excel in your role and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual tools.
• Preparing accurate and comprehensive tax returns.
• Driving business growth and enhancing client retention.
• Providing assistance with IRS inquiries.
• Offering tax notice services and audit representation based on certification levels.
• Mentoring and guiding team members.
• Successfully completing the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Leveraging your experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax preparation.
• Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment using virtual tools.
• Communicating effectively through various channels.
• Meeting IRS and state requirements, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $80.00 / Hr. Compensation will be based on experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Eligible employees may also participate in incentive programs and benefits.

This position is located in Hickam Village, HI; Honolulu, HI.
