As a Cold Caller / Lead Conversion Specialist , you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients who have experienced recent vehicle accidents. Your goal is to educate them briefly on Diminished Value claims, qualify their eligibility, and secure signed agreements to start their case.
This role starts with a few hours per week and can grow into a full-time opportunity based on performance.
Responsibilities :
Call leads provided by the company (warm and cold leads).
Explain what Diminished Value is and how our process helps vehicle owners recover lost value.
Identify qualified prospects and convert them into signed clients.
Schedule follow-ups and maintain lead notes in our CRM system (Monday.com).
Report daily call metrics and results to the Director of Operations.
Collaborate with the team to improve call scripts and lead flow.
Requirements :
Excellent communication and people skills — comfortable talking on the phone.
Motivated by performance and commission opportunities.
Basic computer literacy (email, CRM updates, etc.).
Professional, clear, and confident speaking voice.
Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred (but not required).
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and coachable.
Compensation :
Base Pay : Competitive hourly rate.
Commission : Per signed client + performance bonuses.
Growth : Potential to transition to full-time role with higher commissions and client management responsibilities.
