As a Pro Shop Attendant, you are at the heart of the golf experience welcoming guests, managing the flow of play, and delivering the kind of exceptional service that keeps players coming back. Every interaction is an opportunity to anticipate needs, create a connection, and elevate the experience for both members and guests.

On the Job : Guest Experience & Frontline Hospitality

• Greet every member and guest with energy, warmth, and professionalism make them feel valued and appreciated from the moment they walk in
• Assist with golfer check-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival experience
• Anticipate questions and offer proactive support from tee times and merchandise suggestions to course details and membership benefits
• Create a welcoming retail environment by authentically engaging with guests and helping them find what they need
• Actively promote Arcis memberships by confidently explaining benefits and encouraging participation
