Description : Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell in Pennington NJ is seeking an experienced board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to join a well-established collaborative 7-physician practice at a busy Level 3 NICU regional perinatal center offering a dynamic mix of clinical care teaching opportunities and an exceptional quality of life near Princeton NYC and Philadelphia.
Job specialized neonatal care at a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with an average daily census ADC of 17 patients Manage care for over 400 NICU admissions annually Participate in a combination schedule including 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts Provide advanced neonatal services including High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation HFOV nitric oxide therapy and therapeutic cooling Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists in a well-established practice Engage in teaching and mentoring observational students Family Practice residents and an upcoming OB / GYN residency program launching in summer 2025 Work within a regional perinatal center environment with approximately 4000 deliveries annually Support a multidisciplinary approach to neonatal care and collaborate closely with obstetric and pediatric teams Embrace the community and lifestyle advantages of Pennington NJ with easy access to major metro areas and local cultural and recreational activities This is a permanent full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area.
