Position Overview :

As a Sales Associate, you'll uphold our premium brand image by delivering our Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), building customer relationships, and providing exceptional service while meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Guide customers through our Ultimate Fit Experience

Recommend appropriate footwear and accessories

Generate industrial sales leads

Meet and exceed sales targets

Maintain store presentation and cleanliness

Stay current on product knowledge and standards

Follow safety regulations and company policies

Support daily store operations

Requirements :

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

1-2 years relevant retail experience

Results-oriented with effective communication skills

Computer proficiency

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend / squat, and stand for extended periods

Perform store maintenance duties including cleaning and display setup

Work Details :

Full-time position at our Aiea, HI location (in-person only, no remote work)
