The Job :

As a Market Manager, you'll report to a Regional Market Manager and be part of our Commercial Construction Field Sales team working as a field based remote employee within Orlando, Florida. You'll get to :

• Support national and regional strategic plans to achieve individual and team top line sales targets
• Establish, develop and maintain key relationships with end user partners through product and services solutions
• Develop, coach and mentor the team of trade specialists reporting directly to you to achieve KPIs, deliverables and targets and on the process of end user development including but not limited to :

Who to contact (trade associations, safety personnel, engineers, quality managers, general managers, line supervisors, chief mechanics, purchasing, etc.)
