Wage : $18 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, day shift

Position Summary

Vexilar is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Person to join our production team on a full-time, temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic fish finders (flashers) and related accessories. The ideal candidate can work with small components, follow directions carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

This is a temporary, seasonal position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble flasher units, power cables, and related accessories according to established work instructions and quality standards
• Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure proper assembly and operation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Report any product or process issues to the supervisor
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
