Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse!

Are you ready to make a difference? At Carle Health, we are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with over 2 years of inpatient experience to join our compassionate team. As a professional caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients while utilizing the latest nursing processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a designated group of patients.
• Conduct initial assessments upon patient admission and develop tailored care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions and modify care plans based on continuous evaluation.
• Ensure patient and employee safety by identifying and addressing safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and offer constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
• Float to various inpatient units, including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, and ICUs as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Precept staff from various units and coordinate care among team members.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days (AHA)
