KCConsulting is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team- onsite in Hamilton, OH. Youll ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Paper / packaging industry experience required

What Youll Do

Oversee and continuously improve the quality control program

Define / implement quality standards, testing procedures, and inspection protocols

Ensure compliance with customer specs and industry regulations

Lead CI initiatives to boost quality and reduce waste / scrap

Train and mentor quality techs and production teams on best practices

Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot and prevent defects

What Were Looking For

Paper / packaging industry experience required

Strong knowledge of board grades, flutes, and testing (e.g., ECT, Mullen, caliper, moisture)

Proven success leading QA / QC teams and systems (CAPA, root cause, SPC)

Clear communicator, data-driven problem solver, collaborative leader
