Job Opportunity :

BHSI has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Product Specialist in Berxi. As an Associate Product Specialist on our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both prospective and existing Berxi customers on the phone and through our digital channels. We're looking for a problem solver who will advocate for our customers and brand. Furthermore, you will contribute directly to improving the Berxi experience by providing constant voice-of-the-customer and user experience feedback.

The team you will be a part of focuses on exceeding customer expectations and building our business. We don't obsess over metrics. Instead, we focus on doing the right thing and doing right by our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Develop an expertise in small commercial insurance, including but not limited to, small business liability insurance products (including general liability, professional liability, and malpractice).
• Educate and support our customers and prospects through a variety of channels, including voice, email, and chat based on their needs.
• Drive on-going customer experience improvements by continuously surfacing customer feedback and advocating for operational enhancements.
• Understand, create, and distribute regulatory notices.

The base salary range for this position in Boston is $50,000 to $55,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
