The role of a Physical Therapist in our home health setting involves promoting patient mobility, health, and quality of life through personalized therapeutic plans. You will assess patient's physical needs and develop plans to improve their mobility outside the clinical setting. Expect a collaborative environment where your skills can flourish and contribute to a well-recognized healthcare facility.

You will become part of a community-focused, traveler-friendly team in one of Michigan’s award-winning health facilities, making a meaningful difference in patient care.
