More about our team : Kindred Hospital St. Louis South is a 38-bed long-term acute care hospital, offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period, which includes a four-bed high observation unit for patients who need extra attention. Our Unit is a very fast paced yet fun environment with endless opportunities to learn and grow!

What we're looking for : We are looking for a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about helping others and is a team player!

The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication improvement.

Essential Functions

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
